Ingredients:

1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon cooking oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt.
Gradually add water while kneading until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Make the filling:
In a pan, heat the cooking oil over medium heat.
Add the onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until the onions become translucent.
If you're using meat, add it to the pan and cook until it's no longer pink.
