Rose water and Red syrup (optional)

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to prepare tapioca juice:
Soaked the pearl for 15 to 20 miutes. Set aside. Mean while prepare gelly according to package instructions. Leave them to cool down.
Fill a saucepan with water and bring it to a boil. Add the tapioca pearls to the boiling water and cook them according to the instructions on the package. The cooking time can vary, but it usually takes around 5 to 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the pearls from sticking together.
Rinse and strain the cooked tapioca pearls: Once the pearls are cooked, drain them using a strainer and rinse them under cold water to remove any excess starch. This will help them maintain their shape and prevent them from sticking together.
Once gelly is ready cut into small square pieces.
To prepare the base liquid. Add 2 cups milk in a bowl with 1 tsp condensed milk. Mix well so that sweetener dissolve in the milk. Add dessicated coconut, rose water and red syrup in milk. It will give a nice texture to juice.
Once your base liquid is ready add tapioca pearls. Mix smoothly then add three colored gelly. Mix and serve cold as ice cubes are optional.
